I've been using a certain lotion for a couple weeks, and havent seen any results as far as really moisturizing my dry skin. Ordered a bottle of Lubriderm Advanced Therapy lotion which I received yesterday. Already this morning, I can see a difference! Walked a mile yesterday. Even though my commitment is only to 1/2 mile a day, I'm going to try to up it to a mile whnenever I can. 1/2 mile will still get it marked off on my calendar, though. So far completed six days of water drinking and walking. I've also gotten my Fiber in the past two days (thanks to Atkins Endulge bars). The weight gain from yesterday was gone this morning, for which I am thankful. Ate about 700 calories LESS yesterday than the day before. Still over my RDI, but making progress. ONWARD!

That is great progress Debbie. Ugghh on the dry skin. My hands get horrible in the winter. I've gotten neutrogena chapped hand lotion. That is the only thing I've found to work for me.
