Thinking about just doing 5lb increments lower at a time, not sure where my body is going to stop and be comfortable at its natural weight. We shall see!!

Tassos- Nice observation! I’ll be 26 in a week and a half, 5’4”, I do have my Apple Watch linked to fs and it tracks my calories burned and exercise minutes. No workouts until about a week before thanksgiving when I did the planks giving challenge, and now started my own challenge about a week ago! Trying to stick to as close to Keto/LCHF as I could, but I’m not perfect!! Just enjoying life and trying to be the best me I can be! 😊

So its only about a couple of weeks you started working out. You lost weight quite fast. I guess you updated your weight at Apple health about every two weeks for the calories burned to be correct !
