this morning fast blòod is 98 ( it show that single carb increase blood sugar level)while i eat only complez carb & did fasting meal 16/8 blood sugar not over 80 in morning and post meal less than 140 .the way to heal CKD & diaberic is differance. since friday my mental was so bad but now seem i can control my mind. Accept all happenning was become from by bad habit. (i remind my self since i was young that if i eat cola 2lite perday,eat salty oilly food , sleep less , drink alcohol ,smoke (this still only last thing that i still can't stop & it was big reason for most disease).Oneday i may become diabetic ckd heart coronary ,fatty liver patient. And now hahahah i reach all that final destination.😥😥😥 But i will not upset. bcz I were waht i did.It was Karma that i done. I will not dispirited, i believe that i will be fine if i start to takecare myself.And finally if i still can not get well .I will live happily and accept waht i am.This is buddism way.Accept what it happen & live happily with it if can not improve.
