keto carnivore update. it's been over a year, wow. I'm hovering with my weight. I've been good at eliminating dairy and I think it helps. I still do butter. mostly eating beef, chicken, I had a lot of shrimp that other day and within 48 hours I got a massive migraine which is rare for me. I still feel horribly tired I'm still working 7 days a week. I need to push through to pay bills. I basically work and walk the dog them need to lay down. I don't get much done. it's better than a, year ago. but it's no life. my neighbor noticed I've lost weight. so maybe my shape is changing on keto.
78.9 kg 지금까지 감소한: 25.4 kg.    남은양: 26.8 kg.    다이어트 실행도: 합리적.

Have you had your thyroid levels checked lately? Maybe they need to up your meds? I started at 60 mg and got bumped up to 90 mg ~ helped a lot. Are you hypo or have Hashimoto's? I hope you start to feel better.

Babay I had it tested about 3 months ago, my current doc is extremely conservative and ignorant about keto. I'm technically in a normal range. I have enough to try a higher dose to see if I feel better for a few months. I'm looking for a new doc but it's all self pay and that's costly to keep trying to find someone who cares. All my labs come back mostly normal. Only a few inflammatory markers from time to time. I don't drink, I go to sleep at same time, I'm just not functions. So frustrating.
