todat fasting 96 wow great. yesterday i read oversea journal said if we sleep b4 midnight and sleep 8hour will effect to blood sigar level and good for lost weight. more than 20year that i sleep affer midnight normally sleep at 3 or 4 am (body will deep sleep at 2-4am) and wake up at afternoon. nowaday i try to change it. i start to takecare my health at age over 50. even it to late but better than not do anything. It's it,right? if human avg age is 80 it s mean i still have 30year to stay with my body. humam body like machine if i divide my age to 3part first 25year is healthy because machine call body is new so well but next 25year we just use it without maintenance it so it damage and broke down . now final 25year if we still want to use body with old organ ( machine easy to change part byt body is not machine) i must more pay attention to body. take care it. make better health by control what i can. so i can stay with this body till the end of time. aja aja fighting for livung with healthy health.
