yesterday have dinner at restaurant and hard ti control what i eat. result is weight increse ㅠㅠ normally first 1-3kilo is only water remain in body so it easy to lost.but weight after that is real fat. To night i will start to drink apple cyder 2tsb perday to reduce blood sugar in morning. n increase metabolism
