Did you know that DOMS can cause temporary water weight gain as the muscles are repairing itself? I took a yoga class but accidentally took a yoga sculpt class which is pretty much doing weights on a yoga mat while in some yoga pose... think bicep curls in a lunge. Every part of my body was screaming. I couldn’t leave and give up because there were grandmas in there doing just fine. Happy fit Friday!
