well not eating is not the answer, you need to get your meal in. fasting is one thing but if you are not if fasting then you really do need to eat.

now thinking about your blood glucose, isn't the way to measure food that messes with your system done by getting a higher glucose test// maybe those olives are not good for you.

Hi baskington I don't eat olives daily and I do not believe what little food I eat has the power to keep weight on . I don't eat olives daily. That was one can over a month or two.

okay you know what you eat, I just saw I thought a couple days eating olives and raised glucose. I wish you could do just a plain beef and beef fat diet for 2 weeks. totally clean no other add ins. no pork no butter, that is the cleanest was to eat and see if things change. I know my drinking coffee messes with me, but I am not trying to lose weight any more so it does not matter as much. I am trying again to stop it.

What about if you eat more for one week or two, to see how your body react? and tell to your brain that you are not trying to lose weight 🤔
