Going in the right direction! 👍 Im still hungry, I'm still tired, but I don't feel famished anymore! I've done Atkins and keto before but always fell off after week 6 when I wasn't losing. I started my keto June 1. before I had to eat 1000 calories or less to lose weight. now it looks like I can eat 1600 and lose if 20g carbs. some days I'm at 2000+ lol and some days 1400. I'd much rather train my body to use fat than do the starving diet EVER AGAIN! Today is my 7th day DHEA and progesterone estrogen test. I don't feel any different except the scale is finally moving!
