hello KETO PEEPS. I've been using FS FOR YEARS. This is a new account, new start. I've lost 13 over the last 6 months. I just started keto again a month ago and am finally getting in a good grove. not cheating. Trying to stick to only eating in the late afternoon evening. I'm not losing, but my blood pressure is mysteriously NORMAL! keto fixed my high blood pressure! no more meds. so now, my weight. I think I'm just eating too many calories for my 5'3 metabolism and need to go easy on the cheese, dairy and keto bread. I'm still getting really hungry at night. well, thats my update to myself. I just opened up my profile to everyone to see how it goes. It's nice we can see posts on our phone ap now. good job FS programmers! Wait, I take that back! I can't see comments from people on my app, it says error when trying to open them. Im in website and it's showing no comments, whats up with that ? 😳
