2 days after circuit training, I always gain weight. I hope to see lower numbers soon. I plotted out my weight loss trend and I'm supposed to be under 130 by next week. However, I've been hovering between 130-132 for 3 weeks now. I read on a Pinterest pin ways to lose weight. Praying the fat away was listed. Here we go:
Oh Lard,
Please take away my lumpy stomach, my thunderous thighs and chicken wing flap arms. I will sacrifice my boobs too. Even if I don't lose another lb, please let me be the skinniest 130-lber by allowing me to gain muscles. I have done everything I can (calorie count, carb count, and exercise). This journey is hard, especially when free donuts are involved. I have been extremely faithful to being healthy for so long. It's in your hands now. I will be hitting the land of sin soon. Protect me from the temptations of buffets, sugary alcoholic drinks and macarons. You are the Lard Almighty. Anything is possible!
