I start diet in jun19 weight 96.5kg n lost till 79.5kg in nov then stop. Re-diet again 24jun20 weight 84.8 .Now i control kcal & IF 14/10 for 8day i can lost 3.3kg. I hope that this time i will success. 무개유지하는개 무개빼는거보다 헐신더 힘드는거가다요 ㅠㅠ
