As a caution it may be worth cutting back on erythritol if you have any cardio concerns.

Bad day today. I was doing really well too. But, I didn't go food shopping and had to stop and grab a quick bite and I surrendered to slices of pizza and pepperoni roll.
Yuck
I usually do about 60 - 80 grams of carbs but hit 250 today.
Man, it is so easy to fall off the wagon.
I guess tomorrow is another day but I just want to wallow for awhile LOL

I used this carb cal on line. And it had this quote "The Institute of Medicine recommends American and Canadian adults to get 40% to 65% of their dietary energy from carbohydrates. The Food and Agriculture Organization and the World Health Organization jointly recommend 55% to 75% of total energy from carbohydrates, but only 10% directly from sugars"
Yuck - at 40% I would have to eat 204 grams of carbs a day to lose 2 lbs a week.
