Time to up my game . My new diet makes me feel bloated and my muscles are starting to stiffen up must warm down properly any advice? Have an appointment with the exercise referral lady on Tuesday when I will be weighed and told the bad news I am sure i am gradually gaining although the people down the Sauna eare being very nice to me especially the lady who does triathlon.

Just had the results from bone scan density because of frequently breaking bones I have to increase my intake of diary products cheese etc and drink more milk I'll to try harder to lose (more exercise?)

Went to the physio today and she told me I was doing very well! Melissa asked me if i had any questions, i said i received a letter from the Orthopedics saying i have 30% forward flexion in my shoulder, she recommended i increase my exercises and my weights also giving new exercises for my shoulder, also the Orthopedics recommends I continue with my physio so Melissa booked another appointment for the 1st May ,anything else I wanted to ask I told I waited to rejoin the gym, she said she would see if she could get me a discount (the beauty of munciple gym)
When I weighed myself I was pleasantly surprised it must be down to my walking I am now doing
Also I have cut out the biscuits, ice cream and fruit jucies replacing them with yogurt, green tea and fresh fruit. I still visit town centre to see the scum of Worthing ! Thank you everyone for all your support and have a good weekend .

Another 1lb put on in the last two weeks oh dear!
Going have to cut the cappuccinos, ice cream,fruit juices and replace them with Green Tea,yogurt and fresh fruit and water!
All must get more stressed instead of being relaxed must visit the town centre more often and see the scum of Worthing?
