Well, I blew it yesterday...Gah!! Will I never learn that "just one bite" is almost never "just one bite"? Oh well! Pick myself up, dust myself off, right? At least I got my walk in...felt good to be up and out.

Ok, so I said I was going to take a break from recording everything and see where I'm at come June. So...it's June 4th. Appears I'm no better or worse off than I was. What does this tell me? Well, on the one hand, I'm holding my own, so to speak. On the other, I'm not losing the rest of the weight I wanted to.
So, here's the plan (we'll see if I can make it happen): I'm still not going to log things, but I am, as of today, making a more conscious effort to avoid crap food and get OFF my duff and OUT the door. I have no more excuses now that school is out for the summer! Took a nice little 30 minute walk this morning as a starter...ah, the dogs loved it, and that's usually enough motivation for me, lol(I love to watch their little legs go, and does anyone else have a dachshund? That little backside wagging back and forth is beyond priceless entertainment!)...
We'll see where I am come the first of July...

Finally done with finals. Wow. You'd think I was carrying a full load, lol. Anyway, maybe now I can think about something else for a couple of months :-) still hanging at about the same weight, so that's alright...for now...good to know I can maintain. Need to buckle down now though, before school starts again.
