Made the almond bread this morning and tried to fashion a cinnamon roll. Added a tbsp of cinnamon and a tbsp of sugar substitute. Tasted great but not the cinnamon roll Experience!

I would suggest not cooking things in the microwave in plastic containers - the chemicals can leach into your food

YUM! I was talking about you this morning; were your ears burning? Made stuffed portabella mushrooms last night. I think it was who got us all started on that. lol
