Woke at 211.8, down 4.2 from yesterday. Had some red wine and sugar free gummy bears last night and they combined for an explosive but effective cleanse at about 2 am! The proof is in the numbers! Had a great night of sleep, which no doubt helped. Will do some weighted squats just before breaking the fast today, then will weigh in again. Targeting 2184 calories today.
