Woke at 218.9, down 1.3 from yesterday. Stayed at that weight through lunch. UPDATE: Light lunch and later dinner at 8. I had some appetite back as I enjoyed some chicken in wraps. I weighed 218.4 before eating.

Great news!! Lol I am doing home therapy this week on foot and getting fitted for new shoes. Lol I am taking a break this week from Doctors, atleast I am relieved I have nothing fatal. Happy to hear you are checking out good!! 🙂
