Fasted until 7pm but when I got home, my wife had dinner of Kielbasi, peppers, and squash ready. Not passing that up! Added two protein waters to get the protein grams higher than the carbs. Dropped 2.2 pounds of water weight to hit 204.0 during the day. Will do treadmill after dinner to try to burn off some more water from last night's indulgence at the Kennedy Center.

I guess I'm proving that I don't get out much, since I'd never heard of protein water. I just ordered some powdered mix from amazon. It sounds like such a good idea for days like today, where I hardly get any protein at all. Thanks.
