Woke at 223.8, down 1.3 from yesterday and lowest since late February. Last day of April's fasting-mimicking diet. Started with black coffee. Weighed 224.5 at lunchtime and broke the fast with broccoli. 800 calories today, and then it's the weekend! UPDATE: Weighed 225.0 at 3 and then 223.9 by 6 as the water "left"! Finished the day on calorie goal and looking forward to getting in some stem cell rebuilding protein tomorrow!
