Hit a new low of 218.0 this morning after an 1870 calorie day. Looks like adding calories worked. Pretty amazed. Will fast today to end the month then more paleo cals tomorrow.

Glad for the weight loss for you but I'm lost - how can you fast yet add extra calories? I would be eating non stop to add in extra calories. I am glad it is working for you and it makes me jealous. Truly, when I eat more my weight just keeps going up and up and up. But perhaps you are doing it the right way, adding more protein and fat as your calories, not just any old food to get the calorie count up there. I am adding lots of calories right now but I am definitely not low carb :) Not too much I can do about it, gotta eat whatever is cooked for me here. Plus we extras that go along with being on holiday. But so glad you are under the 220 again.

Hey you must be online and I missed it. Thanks for the explanation. I didn't realize you were that 'low' in calories though now I do remember you told me you were about 1500 max for the days you went that high, and fasting twice a week.. So now you are going to 'fast' once a week? I think I usually do 1200 per day approx but in a 6 hour window, ie late lunch, then supper, and then nothing until the next day. A bit spartan but if I stick to that most of the time I feel good, I just don't bleedin' lose! Whatever! I'm not worrying about it until I get home. Be good until I check back
