No weight loss overnight despite an 1100 calorie day that included extra water and an emphasis on protein. Will fast today (600 calories) and will attempt to eat more protein and drink more water. Also, have not worked out since Thursday (it's Tuesday), although I did plenty of standing/walking over the weekend and my exercise totals were actually higher than on my workout days.

Hard to do 600 cals when at home. At least for me, I would find it more difficult to abstain. At least at work I have no food around me. Well, protein bars but they aren't as tempting as a full fridge. Enjoy your day. At least potty breaks won't be a problem :)

Sounds like a plan. I love bananas but I find they make me want more sugar :) Have you tried slicing a banana and putting in a container in the freezer - OMG - they taste amazing!!! It's my go to treat when I have to have something sweet. Daughter uses them in her smoothies, if I haven't eaten then all :) I must admit I don't eat enough fruit, another thing I worry about. Do you see a pattern here :)

Hope I'm not chatting too much, holding you back. I should go and get ready for the first patient, due any time now but just not feeling it this morning. It's so cold in here but the sun is shining outside my window (I am so lucky to have my own office, with a window !!!)
