Woke at 223.8, down 1.6 from yesterday. Started the day with weights, water, and black coffee. Going to support our local restaurant tonight with a big take out order. I'm getting a ribeye. Will probably eat something during the day as well. UPDATE: I ate a sandwich for 11 and a protein bar at about 2:30. Then Denise brought dinner home right at 5 pm to avoid the rush and because I do my podcast on Monday nights. Weighed in a 223.6, which was great given it was an eating day. Enjoyed a 15-ounce ribeye, some greek salad, and a slice of wood-fired pizza for dinner.
