Feeling at a low point. Had flunked one exam and currently stressing out about the next one coming up soon to make sure it won’t happen again. I would normally be binging at this point if I wasn’t on this diet. My weight at this point keeps fluctuating and wondering if I should stop here. I don’t know.

Even if you decide to stay at your current weight, I would consider tracking to keep from binging. At least on less stressor in your life. 💕
