Getting frustrated. I haven’t been able to exercise as I would like to from this heat rash. I develop it everytime I go on the treadmill in humid weather. I want to wait for it to heal before I go on it again so the rash doesn’t get worse but it’s not healing. Been a couple weeks. Have tried calamine, cortizone, and hibiclens to keep the areas clean. None of them seem to work. May have to go to the doctor to see if there’s any other options. Ugh.
