Woke st 215.4, down 3.6 from yesterday after a major whoosh overnight. Had coconut oil with my coffee, ate a salad, and walked 2.7 miles. Came in the door at 215.4, so that's the new low for the week, just in time for weigh in day!

I hear ya on the sleep. I just went through that last night. I had a couple of tablespoons of coconut oil -- one breakfast and one lunch -- did a 18:6-IF. Finally dropped. I think coconut oil and IF is the key!!
