I was eating supper at 6, coconut oil coffee at 5:30am, then nothing til 6 again. I've also done the coffee in morning and at noon, then supper. I've done the coffee, an avocado at noon, then supper. Right now I'm doing plain coffee (no coconut oil) a couple times during the day, seeing how I feel (hungry) then maybe a snack, then supper. I have just started doing the 5:2 schedule.
